
Ethel Patricia Rellosa

Born and raised in Manila, Philippines, she immigrated to the U.S. at the age of 23. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Saint Paul College.
Ms. Rellosa received management training from A.P. Moller - Maersk, one of the top shipping companies in the world, at their corporate headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark. She started working in the immigration field in 1999 and has been working with Attorney Franklin Nelson since 2001. She joined the firm in 2004 and currently manages the firm's main office in Pasadena, CA
Ms. Rellosa is fluent in English and Tagalog.
Christina Martinez
Administrative Assistant

Ms. Martinez joined the firm in July 2007. As an Administrative Assistant, she assists with all administrative aspects of our practice, including finance, case information management, and client inquiries and scheduling.
Ms. Martinez earned her Associate's degree in Arts from Glendale Community College and is pursuing a higher education in liberal studies at California State University, Los Angeles. She was born in the United States and is eager to help clients obtain legal status.
Jenn Han
Legal Secretary

Jenn has been working with Attorney Franklin W. Nelson as his Legal Secretary and Assistant since 2002. Ms. Han specializes in asylum applications, family-based immigrant and non-immigrant petitions and applications, immigration litigation and immigration appeals.
In addition to preparing applications to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and assisting Attorney Nelson in preparing for court appearances, Ms. Han has significant knowledge and experience with appeals to the Board of immigration Appeals and Petitioner for Review to the U.S. Federal Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She has helped hundreds of clients in obtaining lawful status in the United States.
Ms. Han has excellent communication and organizational skills and is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Her loyalty to the firm and its clients, as well as her work ethic and productivity, continue to earn Ms. Han high marks in the legal community - as well as the praise and gratitude of the firm's clients.
Ms Jenn Han graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. She also holds a Legal Secretarial Certificate issued by the Beverly Hills Bar Association.
Landi Guidetti
Senior Paralegal

Mr. Guidetti currently handles employment-based cases such as labor certification applications, H-3 and H-1B applications. He joins Nelson & Associates as a recent graduate of the University of Southern California where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy and minored in Psychology and Law.
Mr. Guidetti is an experienced researcher with a passion for helping people. A first generation American, he is fluent in English and Spanish.

Marlou Balbuena

Ms. Balbuena received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of San Carlos and has been an immigration paralegal since 1997. Although she joined the firm in February 2010, she worked with Mr. Nelson at a previous firm from 1999 to 2003. Ms. Balbuena’s primary responsibilities include family-based immigration as well as removal defense.
Randi Eyermann

Ms. Eyermann joined Nelson & Associates after graduating from Arizona State University with Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and minors in both German and Sociology.
Ms. Eyermann is passionate and eager to help clients obtain legal status here in the US. and she is actively involved in numerous social programs dedicated to helping people throughout the Los Angeles area.
She currently handles employment-based cases such as labor certification applications, H-3 and H-1B applications.
