Born and raised in Manila, Philippines, she immigrated to the U.S. at the age of 23. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Saint Paul College.
Ms. Rellosa received management training from A.P. Moller - Maersk, one of the top shipping companies in the world, at their corporate headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark. She started working in the immigration field in 1999 and has been working with Attorney Franklin Nelson since 2001. She joined the firm in 2004 and currently manages the firm's main office in Pasadena, CA
Ms. Rellosa is fluent in English and Tagalog.
Christina Martinez
Administrative Assistant

Ms. Martinez joined the firm in July 2007. As an Administrative Assistant, she assists with all administrative aspects of our practice, including finance, case information management, and client inquiries and scheduling.
Ms. Martinez earned her Associate's degree in Arts from Glendale Community College and is pursuing a higher education in liberal studies at California State University, Los Angeles. She was born in the United States and is eager to help clients obtain legal status.
Landi Guidetti

Mr. Guidetti currently handles employment-based cases such as labor certification applications, H-3 and H-1B applications. He joins Nelson & Associates as a recent graduate of the University of Southern California where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy and minored in Psychology and Law.
Mr. Guidetti is an experienced researcher with a passion for helping people. A first generation American, he is fluent in English and Spanish.
Aliana Flores

Ms. Flores joined Nelson & Associates after graduating from the University of Southern California with Bachelor's Degree in Economics and minor in Forensics and Criminality. During her time at USC she worked within the Athletics department educating incoming and prospective students about the university and assisting them with the college application process. She was a member of numerous campus social groups and continues to volunteer her time tutoring and assisting high school students within the community.
Ms. Flores currently handles family-based immigrant and non-immigrant petitions and applications, as well as employment-based cases such as labor certification applications, H-3 and H-1B applications. A first generation American, she is fluent in English and Spanish and is dedicated to helping the firm’s clients achieve their goals and dreams here in the United States.

Ms. Garcia joined Nelson & Associates after graduating from the University of California, San Diego, where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology, with a Minor in Law. She currently handles employment-based cases for the firm, such as labor certification applications, H-1B, and H-3 applications, and employment-based adjustment of status applications.
Ms. Garcia is involved in numerous social programs dedicated to helping underprivileged families throughout the Los Angeles area and has a passion for helping clients obtain legal status here in the United States. Ms. Garcia is fluent in English and Spanish.
